Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca has been providing quality products since 2008, but many of you know us as CRAFTED TREE PRODUCTS. We are a small family owned business, and we have never experienced any safety issues, mostly due to the fact that we do not hire outside manufacturers to build our perches, which in turn allows us to fully monitor the safety of our products ourselves. We hand-build our products and put them through a very rigorous cleaning process, which includes a “HEAT TREATING” process,and we fully inspect, before, during and after completing our build. The trees we cut are NEVER from commercial orchards, guaranteeing that the wood is PESTICIDE FREE!
WE MAKE IT MANDATORY THAT ANY OF OUR ATTACHMENTS SUCH AS WASHERS, BOLTS AND FOOD DISHES, ARE STAINLESS STEEL ONLY!!
And REMEMBER TO PLEASE ALWAYS SUPERVISE YOUR PETS!!
We do not sell birds or any type of pets/animals. We constantly monitor the safety of our products and can’t risk our product stock being infected from other pets. We definitely do not want to put our customer’s and their pets at risk either. However, you can always ask us where to buy parrots, etc…and we will do our best to provide you some information.
ABSOLUTELY YOU CAN!, We highly recommend you dry your product off immediatley after you are finished bathing your pet.
DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF SOLVENTS WHATSOEVER!!!
We strongly recommend not submerging your product in water and to only clean your product with a dampened cloth with water.
Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca was created for the pure purpose of allowing us to separate our furniture products from our pet products. Many of our customers that are familiar with CRAFTED TREE PRODUCTS, know that we build very unique furniture. As time moved on, our pet products took a huge demand on supplying customers and because of our diversity on creating different products, we decided to divide our products to help customers focus on what they are shopping for.
Crafted Tree Products is still very much a part of Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! We will still be providing quality furniture products under Crafted Tree Products, and will soon have a new website available, while continuing to build quality pet products. EVERYONE will continue to receive our dedicated support!
As CRAFTED TREE PRODUCTS did, Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca will continue to stay dedicated with the same commitment of ALWAYS providing 100 % Customer Satisfaction. As all our customers know, we DO NOT allow products to be returned so that we can monitor the safety of our stock. This does not mean we leave you stranded with a product, it simply means we will take a different route in helping you deal with any issues that you may experience with your products. We are on your side!, not against you!
We just need you to understand how detrimental it would be for our company to lose all its stock from an infected product. We take the Health and Safety of our customers and their pets VERY SERIOUSLY, while providing 100 % customer satisfaction!
Any Refund/Exchange will be dealt with in the fastest way possible. Certain situations regarding a refund or exchange will dictate the time we need to resolve any situations.
If your product is damaged upon completion of shipment, we will request photos and possibly videos, so we can use this evidence to claim our “Insurance” that we place on each product. If your product is damaged otherwise, we will definitely do our best to work with you to resolve the nature of any issue.
That is a difficult question to answer as Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca will always work towards coming up with new and very unique products. We will always strive to foresee what our customers need and continue to create new quality products! We will also do our best to keep our website updated to notify you of any new products.
We build products for ALL SIZES OF BIRDS and CATS and even REPTILES!. From perches to Ladders, Swings, Rope Toys, Tall Perch Stands, Cat Trees and many other products. We also build custom products!!! Should you have something in mind that you would like built, don’t hesitate to contact us with your idea and we will make every effort possible, to build what you want.
The type of bird you have will definitely depend on perch diameter. Too large of a diameter for small birds, will definitely cause discomfort and difficulty hanging on, while too small of a diameter for large birds will render the same results

We use paypal and major credit card payments. We also allow etransfers and will ONLY ever use parrotandpets@gmail.com as our etransfer method. NEVER SEND PAYMENT TO ANY OTHER EMAIL!!! Unfortnately we no longer will be using an online shopping cart / payment method. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
For most of our products, we use Canada Post for shipping as they offer a very competitive rate using their “FLAT RATE PACKAGING”. UPS is used for our larger boxes.
As you are probably aware, we have some pretty large products that can be shipped, but it would be very costly to ship. We can make arrangements to deliver your product ourselves, providing you are within our area of delivery. You could also arrange for pickup if you like.
IF A PRODUCT IS REQUESTED TO BE SHIPPED AND IS AT A HIGH COST TO SHIP, WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PAY IN ADVANCE FOR SHIPPING.
