As all our customers know, we DO NOT allow products to be returned so that we can monitor the safety of our stock. This does not mean we leave you stranded with a product, it simply means we will take a different route in helping you deal with any issues that you may experience with your products. We are on your side!, not against you!
We just need you to understand how detrimental it would be for our company to lose all its stock from an infected product. We take the Health and Safety of our customers and their pets VERY SERIOUSLY, while providing 100 % customer satisfaction!
Any Refund/Exchange will be dealt with in the fastest way possible. Certain situations regarding a refund or exchange will dictate the time we need to resolve any situations.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If your product is damaged upon completion of shipment, we will request photos and possibly videos, so we can use this evidence to claim our “Insurance” that we place on each product. If your product is damaged otherwise, we will definitely do our best to work with you to resolve the nature of any issue.
