What are your options?
SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
Many of our products on our site can be shipped, but there are a few occasions where we would have to make arrangements with you, as to how a certain product will get to you. As you may have noticed we have some products that are quite large and are on a “Call In” list. Some of these products you may want built to your specific needs, so therefore we would need to gather information regarding the dimensions..etc, that you desire. Unfortunately, even with some products not weighing much, they still could be costly due to their size dimensions. We will try and find you the best shipping rate available and email you with a quote. Depending on your location, we can provide delivery ourselves so that we can help save on the shipping cost, or you could arrange for “Pick Up”
Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca will do it’s very best to monitor its stock supply. If you have placed an order requiring more than one product, we will make our best effort to ship everything at once. Should it be noticed that we are “Out of Stock” on your product, we will have it shipped to you immediately when it becomes available, unless we are instructed specifically by you, to make other arrangemnets. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment.
High Volume or “Large Quantity” Product Order.
As mentioned in our TERMS ,CONDITIONS, AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT (under the “PURCHASES” section);
Parrot and Pet Supplies.ca is NOT a “Whole Sale” company, but we may make an exception regarding certain situations. We like to make sure that what we have in stock will be available for our customers only, and not having to cause a delay in shipping their order, so therefore we will give priority to our customers when fullfilling orders. You will notice some items have a “Limit” quantity when ordering. Should you require over the “Limit”, please contact us by phone or email.

Should we approve an order, or if more information is required, we will then ask that you provide an email address that we will use for confirmation, outlining our approval agreement and information you supplied to us about your order. If there is any discrepancy between phone call and email, the email will be regarded as the correct information given if an error is noticed after shipment, but we will definitely do our best to correct the situation. ***

5. Refunds
Refunds will be granted should your product be defective or damaged, as long as we are notified within 3 days of receiving your product. As a rule to protect customers and us, (our stock), we do not accept returns, so as to keep our inventory safe from anything that may contaminate our stock. Therefore, we will require photos or in some cases video, showing the defect or damaged product.
